How does it work?
Being local, we understand the value of excellent service. When you send us a service availability request, we'll conduct an onsite assessment to ensure a clear line of sight to our locations. If your home doesn't currently meet our service standards, we may need to decline service. It's important to note that we hold our service quality to a very tight tolerance. While this may reduce our overall customer reach, it significantly enhances the performance for our existing customers. As we expand and add new locations, your home will be in the service request queue, actively working towards improving availability, including to your residence. A "no" now doesn't mean forever – once onsite, we'll engage in a conversation about your needs and how we can work together to meet them.
