LINKNET takes no responsibility for any damages suffered by you including, but not limited to, loss of data from delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by LINKNET’s own negligence or your errors and/or omissions.
LINKNET accounts may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any US or state regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, or material protected by trade secret. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LINKNET from any claims resulting from your use of this service which damages you or another party. You may not send unsolicited bulk e-mail to other Internet users and you must adhere to generally accepted Usenet standards when posting messages to Usenet discussion groups, whether commercial or not. At our discretion, we may revoke your access for inappropriate usage.

All High-Speed Internet accounts are required to abide by these usage guidelines: With your account you may NOT run server applications on your computer for access by others except for incidental usage. You may NOT install any type of server software unless you have explicit permission from LINKNET. You may not run torrent software, spamming mail software or any type of software that can compromise the LINKNET Network. We can only maintain our policy for common sense and courtesy. Accounts in violation of these guidelines may be canceled without notice. Any unused balance on canceled accounts will be refunded.
You may use the system at any time that it is available. LINKNET makes no guarantees that the system will be available at any particular time for usage. LINKNET will do it’s best to maintain an operational system in all areas where LINKNET provides service. Due to the nature of service that LINKNET provides, sometimes there are issues is power outages and acts of god that may prevent you from accessing your service.
Customers of LINKNET may run any TCP/IP based application from their own computers as long as it does not conflict with any other term or prohibition stated above.
You agree to notify LINKNET of any change of contact information, and agree to keep your contact information up to date for your account.
LINKNET installs antenna equipment on customer premise with the best available practices. Any roof penetrations, wall penetrations or the like are the responsibility of the home owner. LINKNET may elect to have the homeowner install their own antenna if necessary. Homeowner/Customer is responsible for verifying adequate installing and sealing of antenna mount or cable penetration. Any damage that may incur during or after the installation is the home owners responsibility and LINKNET shall not be held responsible in any way.
LINKNET reserves the right to cancel this service and reimburse you with any unused fees where appropriate on a prorated basis.
You may cancel your account at any time per your service contract upon prior written notice to us. You will still be responsible for any fees incurred up to the date of termination of the service. We will reimburse you for any unused fees where appropriate on a prorated basis.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with the terms and conditions of any order submitted.
